Look in your left 4 dead 2/bin folder. Towards the bottom there should be the VPK.exe. Don't move it from that folder, but create a shortcut to it. Place that on your desktop or something, and when you have your finished sound folder, drag it onto the VPK.exe shortcut. The program will do the packing.
